"I'm just a little black rain cloud...."

For some reason I have that song running through my mind. I had ANOTHER rotten day, but tomorrow's looking up! I'm not babysitting!! *doing the dance of joy* Okay, so I've read a few other blogs and found that I'm not alone when it comes to having a rotten day. I think there are either many many little black rain clouds floating around the blogosphere or there is ONE giant one! Let's get together right now and blow that sucker away! Ready?? One.....two.....three.....blow!! *whooshing sounds* There! All gone...now on to happy things!
Announcement number 1: my husband has joined the bandwagon! He's started his own blog. Now, mind you, he did it as a way to vent his frustrations with a certain co-worker, so if you want to lambast someone you don't even know, then go to Chasing Stupid People and read and comment away! I've been helping him with the MANY things I've learned since becoming a blogoholic! I feel so smart sometimes!
Announcement number 2: I've heard through the grapevine that my Dweeb awards was my best post someone has ever read. I happen to think that it's true. Out of my many many posts this one was one of my favorites to write...only because it showed off some of my lesser known talents! (Belly flops and witty comebacks!) Now I'll have to live up to that ONE post...I hope I can do that...someday!
Announcement number 3: I have found my oasis of chocolate! My mom always buys a giant bag of Hershey's kissables from Sam's Club, and after my lousy week, I'm dipping my fingers in the pool! YUMMO!! For anyone who hasn't tried these yummy gems...I highly recommend it! It doesn't necessarily relieve my symptoms, but it does make ME feel better! YAY!
That's it for my announcements. I hope that your little black rain clouds have all departed (or are at least BEGINNING to depart!) Just think...the weekend is almost here! That can only mean good things!

Yeah Dawnyel, It was one of the best posts I've read. I don't usually laugh out loud and I was rolling in my computer chair.

Thank you for helping us blow the little black rain clouds away. I had a few RABBIT moments today with my little Tigger and Piglet today.

Tell your DH that this is the best way to blow off steam and stupid people ARE everywhere. I haven't met any today because boot camp isn't over yet...I am sure I will tomorrow.

That award post WAS pretty SWEET. Thanks for the entertainment. Now, if your very next entry isn't as good, I'm just gonna stop reading your blog for EVUR. Okay, so maybe I WILL keep reading it, but know this... I'll be disappointed every time I read one that doesn't live up to the potential that I know you have! HAHA!

So, I read your hubby's blog. I was the very first person to post a comment on it. Good for him for finally deciding to jump on the bandwagon. Now, I bet that he'll be subconsciously thinking throughout the day, "I'm gonna put this and this and THIS in my blog." Pretty soon, he'll have caught the addiction, and then he won't have room to give you crap about it any more. And HEY, if he feels inspired to blog about his farts, he can do it himself instead of trying to get you to do it. So THERE!

I really hope your little black rain cloud stays away, Pooh Bear. They're no fun, and nobody likes being rained on. Have a swell weekend!

By the way, I just left a comment on your Dweebit awards post. Although I read it shortly after it was posted, I didn't have time to comment at that time. Again, they were totally SWEET.

HAHA...I am pretty sure that your mom was the "grape vine" and I was the other grape! It was so funny...Craig an dI were laughing our guts out...imagining hwat it must have truly looked like. When I was at your parents house today picking up the cd (thanks again by the way...love it)...I saw the slip and slide box and had a good chuckle. Your mom asked what the chuckle was about and I told her it was the post you wrote and we had a hardy laugh together!
My black rain clouds are all gone...thanks a million!

Steve's blog looks vaguely familiar... hmmmm. :) I agree we all need a place to vent without causing harm to ourselves or others.

Love chocolate in any form! Thanks for the tip!
