A great man has died, and I'm very heart-broken over it. You can read more about it here if you want to.
I always loved to hear President Faust's stories and funny jokes. His testimony was SO strong, and just listening to him you could feel it. I saw him in person a little over a year ago, and he was so frail, but his soul was strong.
He was a wonderful person, and I will sorely miss him!
Man, you know the world has changed when you hear news like this through a blog! Glad you posted, I had no idea. Obviously I don't watch enough grown up t.v. during the day. How sad, he was a very great man!!
ReplyDeleteI know, I know! He was such a sweet and gentle man. You could tell how much he loved his family and the Gospel. It will be strange not have him there the next General Conference...

ReplyDeleteI too grieve for his family. He will be sorely missed...but I am really not sad. How strange is that? I know without doubt that he is being taken VERY good care of! We will see him again!
